Low Tech/Community Biocharring

Sam's company is called Gardens of Fire, and they specialize in low-tech biochar. Biochar is a long term soil amendment that can deliver compost safely to the soil over decades, while providing a safe home for microbial, bacterial and fungal populations and processes.

They are a veteran owned farming business that focuses on biochar at our farm, but also do educational workshops and community projects. They do not have a product to market yet, but will have our first this season for the Durango Farmers Market.
